This well-balanced model features a barrel lug trimmed down to just barely accommodate the ejector rod, and a service-size checkered grip.

It's a groundbreaking model equipped with Tanaka's unique "Pegasus System" gas revolver mechanism, which successfully reproduces a slim grip by placing the gas tank inside the cylinder.

The "R-model" system faithfully and completely recreates the Colt action of the real firearm, and combined with the substantial weight characteristic of HW (Heavy Weight) material, it results in a model that is perfect for both display and practical use.
