・Repair of external parts damage will be charged, only if parts are available
・Please contact us in advance for all repair requests.
・We may decline repairs if the malfunction cannot be confirmed or if repair is difficult.
【Warranty Terms】
・Warranty applies only to CYMA Plus series products sold by our company.
・Disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party will void the warranty (paid repair)
・Damage or malfunction due to customer negligence will void the warranty (paid repair)
【After the warranty period】
・Even after the warranty period, we will provide as much support as possible for product issues and malfunctions, including repair services and spare parts orders.
