【Peace of Mind Warranty】
・Repair Warranty: 180 days

【Repair Warranty Details】
・Free parts and labor for firing operation issues due to internal part damage.
・Damage to exterior parts will be repaired for a fee, only if parts are available.
・When requesting a repair, please inquire in advance.
・We may decline repairs if the malfunction cannot be confirmed or if repair is difficult.

【Warranty Provisions】
・Warranty applies only to CYMA Plus series products sold by our company.
・The warranty is void if disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party is confirmed (repair available for a fee).
・Damage or malfunction due to customer negligence is not covered by the warranty (repair available for a fee).

【After Warranty Period】
・Even after the warranty period, we will provide as much support as possible for product-related issues and malfunctions, including repair services and parts ordering.

【Shipping Costs】
・For issues other than initial defects, please send the item at your own expense.
・We will cover the shipping cost for returning repaired items.
・We may refuse to accept items sent with cash on delivery without our instructions.
