The 14mm reverse thread compatible hider is made of steel, while the silencer body has an aluminum front and a steel base.
Although the product name is Dummy Silencer, it comes with a sound-absorbing sponge and an O-ring to hold the sponge in place, so you can insert the sponge inside yourself to add sound-absorbing functionality.
