FALCON Product Features

■High-resolution thermal sensor with excellent temperature resolution that can detect temperature differences of 0.02°C
The thermal sensor built into the FALCON series can detect temperature differences as small as 0.02°C and processes them to generate thermal images. This not only allows for accurate capture of subjects even in scenes with minimal temperature differences between the subject and the surrounding environment, but also realistically depicts the subject's texture, even in thermal images. During the day, heat sources such as animals stand out, and at night, landscapes and animals are clearly visible even in complete darkness. The thermal sensor's pixel pitch is 12μm, providing high-resolution depictions of subjects with a resolution of up to 640x512 pixels, depending on the model. Combining this sensor with a large-aperture lens allows for high-quality subject images.

■Ultra-large aperture F0.9 lens [FQ50]
The FQ50 features an ultra-large F0.9 aperture lens with a high-performance aspherical germanium lens. This improves infrared capture capability, capturing 19% more thermal radiation than the F1.0 lens. The larger the aperture, the more infrared light can be captured, resulting in clearer images.
