Payment

Credit card payments
The credit cards that can be used for the purchase process are VISA/Mastercard/Amex/JCB.

Starting May 8, 2021, credit card payments will be processed via PayPal. After selecting PayPal as the payment method on the order screen and completing your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal screen where you can complete your credit card payment.

*At present, PayPal card payments do not allow you to choose the number of payments, and only allow one-time payments. However, with most card companies , you can change to installment payments by contacting your card company after completing the payment . The procedures and policies vary depending on the card company, so please check in advance with your card.

*If you order with cash on delivery and choose to pay by card when you receive your order, you can choose the payment method on the spot.

*At our store, payment processing is completed when the item is shipped, not at the time of order. If there is a time lag between ordering and shipping, the card usage date will be the shipping completion date.

About PayPal payments

About cash on delivery
You can choose Sagawa Express's cash-on-delivery service. The sales driver will collect the payment when the product is delivered. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card. About bank transfers
After completing your order, please transfer the total amount to the account below within 5 business days. We will ship your order as soon as we confirm the payment. Bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

*For pre-orders/backorders, we will contact you once the item has arrived, so please do not make the transfer until then. In particular, backordered items may be out of stock depending on the timing, so please wait for our contact. If you transfer without waiting for contact and your order is canceled, the transfer fee will not be refunded.

Debit cards and prepaid cards
Just like credit cards, you can use VISA, Mastercard, JCB, and other branded cards with PayPal. However, when using these cards, due to the nature of the payment system, the order amount will be temporarily deducted twice: once when your order is completed and once when your order is shipped.

This is because the card balance is temporarily used during the authorization process to check whether the card's available limit is valid before payment. Our store will complete the payment process when the item is shipped, and the same amount as the first payment will be deducted again at that time.

After that, the first withdrawal amount (at the time of authorization) will be refunded later (usually 3 to 7 business days later) through your card company, but please note that there will be two withdrawals even if only temporarily, and if there is insufficient balance on your card for the second withdrawal (at the time of shipment completion), the payment cannot be completed . Please note that the first withdrawal amount will be held by PayPal until it is finally refunded, so it is not held by our store.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers as described above, so if you wish to use a debit card or prepaid card, we recommend that you place your order using cash on delivery and pay upon collection.

Regarding receipts (qualified invoices)
Our store is a qualified invoice issuing business. If you require a receipt that complies with the invoice system implemented in Japan, please request one by replying to the order confirmation email. We will send you a PDF file of the invoice-compliant receipt by email. Unless you request otherwise, we will include a standard delivery note, which does not comply with invoices, in your package.

Delivery will be by Sagawa Express (Yamato Transport for Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands).

If the item will be shipped after it arrives, we will contact you separately. If you pay by bank transfer, the item will be shipped after we confirm the payment.

Any number of items ordered at the same time can be shipped together for one shipping fee.

Please specify a delivery date between 2 and 7 business days after your order. Please note that depending on the delivery area, delivery may not be possible on the specified date and time. Yu-Packet is delivered to your mailbox, so you cannot specify a delivery date and time.

Other shipping details
If you would like to specify a delivery date and time or have your order delivered to a business office, please fill in the "Message to our store" box displayed on the shopping cart screen in advance. If you forget to fill in the box, you can contact us after placing your order, but please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the timing.

Your package will be delivered by Sagawa Express (deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands will be handled by Yamato Transport only).

After the product has been shipped, you will be notified of the tracking number by email.

How do I order?
Please add products to your cart on this website and proceed with your order. Once completed, you will receive an order completion email promptly, so please be sure to check the details. For customers who are not comfortable shopping online, we also accept orders over the phone. Please feel free to contact us if there is a product you are interested in. However, the only payment methods available for orders over the phone are bank transfer and cash on delivery.
Do I need to register to place an order?
Membership registration is optional, so you can make purchases without registering. By registering, you can use convenient services such as the "favorites" function, which allows you to list products you are interested in, checking your order history, and simplifying the process for future orders. Membership registration is free, so please register if you would like to do so. We plan to gradually expand services for members in the future.
I'm not familiar with ordering online. Is it safe?
This site uses 128-bit SSL, the same encryption method as major banks. All customer information sent and received is encrypted, so there is no need to worry about information leaks or data falsification. Safety is always ensured.
How do I cancel or change my order?
We only accept cancellations/changes to orders before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel/change your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. If cancellation/change results in a refund or additional charges, the procedure will vary depending on the original payment method, so we will contact you shortly.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once we have sent you a shipping notification. If the item is returned due to a long absence or refusal to accept delivery, we will charge you a separate handling fee of 15% of the product price in addition to the round-trip shipping fee.

I haven't received an email from the store after placing my order.
Once your order is complete, a notification will be sent to the email address you entered. If you do not receive the notification after waiting a while, please contact us. Please note that if you have entered your mobile carrier email address, emails from our store may be filtered out and not be received. Please avoid entering your mobile carrier email address as much as possible.
