The Type 89 5.56mm Rifle (Folding Stock Type), a domestically produced assault rifle with a folding stock, is now available in gas blowback!
It features a "3-burst mechanism" and the current model's engraving and left-side selector lever. Just like the real thing, it uses both metal and resin parts, allowing you to enjoy the difference in weight and texture when you hold it in your hand.
Furthermore, when performing maintenance or adjusting the variable hop-up system, it can be disassembled in a similar manner to the real thing, and the shape of the internal mechanisms that are usually covered by exterior parts has also been faithfully reproduced. This is a meticulously crafted model that aims to be the ultimate Type 89.
The bolt operates in conjunction with the firing, allowing you to enjoy an unprecedentedly intense recoil shock.
To prevent wear and tear on the bolt stop button due to hold-open, the special "Z-System Type 89 ver." is installed. By incorporating the Z-System into the bolt, the internal shape has also been more accurately reproduced.
It faithfully reproduces the same functions as the real thing, such as loading the first bullet by operating the cocking handle, operating the bolt catch after opening the bolt and changing the magazine, an openable dust cover and grip bottom, deploying the bipod attached to the outer barrel, and a foldable stock.It also allows for takedown (normal disassembly for maintenance) in a manner similar to the real thing.
The handguard, which can be removed when adjusting the variable hop-up system, is made of a combination of pressed steel and resin, just like the real thing. The shape of the gas cylinder and outer barrel covered by the handguard has also been faithfully reproduced.
The bipod can be easily attached to the barrel by operating a lever and can be folded just like the real thing.
The front sight can be adjusted up and down using the included adjustment tool, and the rear sight can be precisely adjusted up and down and left and right using the dials.
The muzzle flash hider is a double-nut system that is secured with a barrel nut. By removing the flash hider, you can attach a silencer or other muzzle option with a 14mm reverse thread.
The die-cast aluminum magazine holds 20 rounds and features a hole on the left side to check the remaining rounds.
