Real steel overview:
The Century Arms RAS47 (Red Army Standard 47) is a 7.62x39mm AKM-style semi-automatic rifle developed by the American firearms manufacturer Century Arms. It was introduced in 2015 with the concept of being a "100% American-made AK," developed as a modern AK that inherits the high reliability and simple structure that the AK series boasts, while incorporating the operability and expandability demanded by modern shooters.

The RAS47 adopts the traditional AK long-stroke gas piston system and rotating bolt, providing excellent stopping power with 7.62x39mm ammunition and high operational reliability. It features a 16.5-inch barrel and a stamped receiver, achieving the excellent balance and maneuverability characteristic of the AKM. Furthermore, it comes standard with Century Arms' proprietary RAK-1 enhanced trigger, delivering a smooth trigger feel and excellent operability.

While maintaining the classic AKM style in appearance, it also features modern equipment such as a side optics rail and a selector lever with a bolt hold-open notch. In addition, it has high compatibility with AKM standard parts, allowing for free replacement of stocks, handguards, grips, etc., making it compatible with a wide range of custom parts including Magpul MOE and ZHUKOV series.

The Century Arms RAS47 has gained support from many AK fans as an American AK that blends the tradition of classic AKs with high customization and practicality.
