In order to reproduce the characteristics of the G3 SG/1, which is used by anti-terrorist units such as the German border guard GSG-9, in an electric gun, Tokyo Marui has reproduced it as a sniper model equipped with cheek pads and bipods just like the real thing, and can also be equipped with mount bases and scopes (sold separately).
Of course, it can be fired in either semi-auto or full-auto mode, making it a versatile electric gun that can serve multiple purposes, from a high-precision sniper rifle to a multi-stage light support machine gun.
Measurements were taken from the real thing, and every last detail was recreated. Metal materials are used in various places, allowing you to enjoy the cool texture and weight of the metal.
It reproduces essential equipment for a sniper rifle, such as a foldable bipod in front of the handguard and a cheek piece attached to the top of the stock. By attaching a mount base (sold separately), it is also possible to mount a scope.
The metal rear sight can be adjusted left and right with a screwdriver, and can be adjusted up and down in four steps by rotating the circular part.
Pulling the cocking lever on the handguard opens the ejection port on the right side, and you can adjust the hop-up by simply turning the dial inside the port.
It comes with a magazine that holds 70 rounds and has an outer case made of pressed steel just like the real thing.
