[RETRO ARMS] Piston for 16T sector gear TM Next Gen AR/M4

This is a reinforced piston for the Tokyo Marui Next Generation AR15/M4.
The compatible sector gear is for next-generation electric guns (half teeth) with 16 teeth.

The body is made of injection-molded fiber-reinforced nylon, and the rack gear is made of fully machined spring steel (56SiCr7) and heat-treated to a hardness of HRC50.
The teeth are designed to prevent piston crashes, with the second tooth missing from the start of engagement and the third tooth being half the height.
The piston weighs 18.8g for the main body and 4.4g for the included nut, for a total of 23.2g, which is slightly heavier than the original 22.6g.

The weights included with the Tokyo Marui genuine pistons cannot be used. Instead, the internal dimensions are increased by 19.1mm, the same as the genuine weights, and a special screw is included that doubles as a recoil weight rod holder.
Unlike the original piston head, the piston head is secured with screws from the piston side, so you will need to prepare a custom piston head for various standard electric guns separately.

The special screw that comes with the piston is M3 in size, but the wrench used is a 6mm wrench that is normally used for M8.
The wrench is large and it is easy to apply force, so please be careful not to damage it by over-torqueing it. The recommended torque is a maximum of 1 N·m.

To ensure sufficient thickness, the spring is made to the Φ14mm standard for next-generation electric guns.

The spring is fully compatible with the company's NGRS Spring SiCr with progressive winding .

Please note that the Φ15mm standard for standard electric guns cannot be used.
Also, please use Tokyo Marui genuine spring guides as the bearings will interfere with aftermarket spring guides.
