Product Description

This is a CNC gearbox compatible with Tokyo Marui's next-generation electric guns, AR series and HK416 series.
It is manufactured entirely by cutting from a block of A7075-T651 extra-super duralumin.

The gearbox alone weighs 91g, significantly lighter than the stock 227g, and its strength is also dramatically improved.
This allows for a wide range of customization options.

The bearings used are 8mm standard.

Like the company's V2, a wiring guard under the pinion has been added, and of the four grip fixing screws,
By omitting one point that interferes with the wiring route, it has become easier to handle the wiring.
The signal wire for the electronic trigger can also be easily routed.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The protrusion for attaching the zero bullet stop part is now a separate part from the pin.
To use, insert the pin into the hole to assemble.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It comes with a dedicated spring guide with bearings that is fully compatible with the company's Piston 14.5 steel teeth TM Next Gen AR/M4 .

This spring guide is only compatible with next-generation electric gun springs with an outer diameter of Φ14mm.
Do not use with standard 15mm diameter springs for electric guns.
The spring may fall out of the spring guide and become lodged in the piston.

The spring is fully compatible with the company's NGRS Spring SiCr with progressive winding .

Common precautions for all gearbox versions
Be sure to use a cylinder head that fits tightly against the gearbox, as shown in the image above.

If there is even a small gap, the piston impact will be received by the rotation stopper protrusions on the left and right, causing damage.
Ideally, it should fit snugly against the gearbox, with enough clearance to move slightly backwards.
For the same reason, cylinder heads with O-rings or rubber dampers on the contact surface with the gearbox are also used.
Never use it.

The shaft hole size is Φ8mm H7 (0 to +15μm). Use press-fit or adhesive depending on the bearing you are using.
When using anaerobic adhesives for bonding, the gearbox side is anodized and inert.
If the bearing side is also stainless steel, which is an inert metal, there is a high possibility that the adhesive will not harden.
Use an activator for inert metals.

The bearing hole is equipped with a rotation prevention protrusion, so the company's CNC ANTIROT bushings 3mm
It is compatible with.
