Product Description
Introducing custom gear sets for electric airsoft guns that pursue high quality and high performance.
Born from H.T.G. Basic's "Kuro (Black) Concept," these gear sets are compatible with Ver. 2, Ver. 3, and Ver. 6 gearboxes, and are the industry's first to adopt spiral and all-helical gears.
With five gear ratios available—18:1, 16:1, 13:1, 12:1, and 9:1 (DSG)—and a total of 10 variations including conventional spur gear types, these sets expand the possibilities for customization.

[Integrated Design with High-Precision CNC Machining]
The high-precision integrated design, achieved through CNC (Computer Numerical Control) cutting, eliminates variations in compatibility, noise, and transmission efficiency between each gear. This ensures optimal performance without the hassle of combining products from other manufacturers.

[Changes for Higher Speed and Easier Setup]
To accommodate motors with instantaneous rotation increases, such as brushless motors, to improve the response of electronic triggers, and to support pre-cocking, the tappet pin position of the sector gear has been shifted to a later timing than conventional models.
This increases the flexibility and ease of tappet plate setup.

Sector cutting is primarily performed from the front teeth, allowing for settings that minimize changes in cutoff timing while adjusting the relationship between nozzle opening timing and the piston.
Furthermore, nozzle closing timing can be adjusted by cutting the lower part of the tappet plate's wing, increasing the freedom of processing shape and making nozzle control easier.

Note: There are differences from conventional settings, so please test thoroughly before use.

[Adoption of High-Strength Steel Material]
S45C and 20CrMnTi (chromium-manganese-titanium alloy gear steel) are used. The material and hardness of each part have been adjusted to suit the characteristics of electric airsoft guns, enhancing durability and reliability.

[Optimized for Mugen Brushless Motor Series]
The pinion gears used in H.T.G. Basic's Mugen Brushless Motor series are compatible with these gears. You can use them without worrying about compatibility.

[Further Performance Improvement with Meticulous Shim Adjustment]
Precise shim adjustment minimizes backlash (play) between gears, leading to efficient torque transmission and improved responsiveness.

18:1: Standard gear ratio for balanced performance.
16:1: Achieves improved firing cycle and moderate torque.
13:1: Ideal for users seeking high-speed firing.
12:1: Pursues even higher rates of fire.
9:1 (DSG): Dual sector gear specification for astonishing rate of fire and crisp semi-auto shots through short stroke.
*The actual gear ratio of the 9:1 (DSG) set is 18:1, but since the sector gear operates twice, the effective gear ratio becomes 9:1.
