Product Description
Introducing a custom gear set for electric airsoft guns designed for high quality and performance.
Born from H.T.G. Basic's "Kuro (Black) Concept," this gear set is compatible with Ver. 2, Ver. 3, and Ver. 6 gearboxes and features the industry's first spiral and all-helical gears.
Available in five gear ratios: 18:1, 16:1, 13:1, 12:1, and 9:1 (DSG), with a total of 10 variations including conventional spur gears, expanding customization options.

[Integrated Design with High-Precision CNC Machining]
The high-precision integrated design, achieved through CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining, eliminates inconsistencies in gear meshing, noise, and transmission efficiency between gears. This ensures optimal performance without the hassle of combining products from different manufacturers.

[Adoption of High-Strength Steel Material]
Using S45C and 20CrMnTi (chromium-manganese-titanium alloy gear steel). The material and hardness of each part are adjusted to suit the characteristics of electric airsoft guns, improving durability and reliability.

[Changes for Higher Speed and Easier Setting]
To improve responsiveness for motors that instantly increase rotation, such as brushless motors, and electronic triggers, as well as to support pre-cocking, the tappet plate pin position on the sector gear has been moved to a later position than conventional models.
This increases the freedom and simplicity of tappet plate settings.

By primarily cutting from the front tooth during sector cut processing, it is possible to adjust the nozzle opening timing and its relationship with the piston, allowing for settings with minimal changes in cutoff timing.
Additionally, the nozzle closing timing can be adjusted by cutting the lower part of the tappet plate wing, which increases the flexibility of the processing shape and makes nozzle control easier.

Note: There are differences from conventional settings, so please test thoroughly before use.

[Effects and Advantages of Spiral and Helical Gears]
◇Spiral Gear (adopted for pinion gear and bevel gear)
・High Torque Transmission Efficiency: The helical tooth surfaces make contact, allowing multiple teeth to engage simultaneously. This ensures smooth torque transmission and resistance to heavy loads.
・Noise Reduction: Increased contact area between teeth and smooth engagement significantly reduce vibration and noise.
・Improved Durability: Stress on the tooth surface is dispersed, resulting in less wear and a longer lifespan.
*A pinion gear for D-type motor shafts is included.
Please note that it cannot be used with O-type shafts such as our "Kuro Motor."

◇Helical Gear (adopted for counter gear and sector gear)
・Smooth Operation: The obliquely cut tooth profile provides continuous engagement with less impact.
・High-Speed Performance: Stable transmission is possible even at high rotation speeds, contributing to an improved rate of fire.
・Improved Quietness: Compared to spur gears, contact is smoother, reducing noise within the gearbox.

◇Specifications Change for Spiral Bevel Gear
・Due to the structural difficulty of integral molding, the spiral bevel gear is an assembly type.
・The anti-reversal drum has been improved to reduce play by changing from conventional MIM molding to CNC machining.
・The number of anti-reversal pawls has been increased from 5 to 6, and as an advantage of separate CNC machining, they have a smoother shape.

[Further Performance Enhancement with Meticulous Shimming]
Precise shimming minimizes backlash (play) between gears, leading to efficient torque transmission and improved responsiveness.

[Gear Ratio Lineup]
18:1: Standard gear ratio for balanced performance.
16:1: Improves rate of fire and provides moderate torque.
13:1: Ideal for users seeking high-speed firing.
12:1: Pursues even higher rates of fire.
9:1 (DSG): Dual Sector Gear specification for incredible rates of fire and crisp semi-auto shots due to the short stroke.
*The actual gear ratio for the 9:1 (DSG) set is 18:1, but because the sector gear operates twice, the effective gear ratio becomes 9:1.

[Set Contents]
・Sector Gear
・Counter Gear (Spur Gear)
・Bevel Gear
・Pinion Gear
・Hex Wrench
・Grub Screws for Installation

[Caution]
・Replacing the pinion gear on a brushless motor requires skill and knowledge. If you are not confident or do not have the proper tools, please consult a specialized shop.
・Cannot be used in conjunction with gears from other manufacturers or conventional spur gears.
・The sector gear of the spiral helical gear set has 16 flat teeth (8 teeth for DSG) that pull the piston.
・Installation may require processing and adjustment.
・Apply thread locker to the grub screws used to secure the pinion.
