FALCON FQ50 2.0
A versatile thermal monocular with an F0.9 aperture and excellent ease of use, adaptable to various situations. Equipped with a 640×512 pixel sensor and a 50mm F0.9 lens, it delivers outstanding clarity. It has a basic magnification of 2.7x and a detection range of 2600m.

FALCON 2.0 Series
The upgraded thermal monocular FALCON 2.0 series features a laser rangefinder module and retains the traditional luxurious cylindrical design, making it ideal for those who prefer a classic style.

What is the difference between FALCON and FALCON 2.0?

• NETD (Thermal Resolution)
  While the thermal sensors in the conventional FALCON series could detect a temperature difference of 0.02℃, the FALCON 2.0 features a highly sensitive sensor that can distinguish a temperature difference of just 0.015℃.
  
  
• Proprietary Shutterless Technology
  Features previously introduced in high-end models THUNDER 3.0 and STELLAR 3.0 are now included in this series.
  
  
• Newly Developed Rear Focus Wheel
  The FALCON 2.0 series adopts a new focus wheel mechanism that allows for natural index finger focusing when holding the unit.
  
  
• 0.49-inch High-Resolution OLED Display
  Equipped with a 0.49-inch 1920×1080 Full HD OLED display, 25% larger than conventional FALCON models.

FALCON FQ50 2.0 Product Features

■Achieves NETD (Thermal Resolution) of less than 15mK
The FALCON 2.0 series is equipped with a highly sensitive sensor capable of identifying temperature differences of less than 15mK NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference), or just 0.015℃. This excellent thermal resolution allows for clear capture of details and behaviors of animals and people in any environment, providing a distinct and easy-to-view image with clear differentiation from the background.

■Groundbreaking Shutterless Imaging System
Thermal devices typically incorporate a shutter to compensate for variations in pixel sensitivity and changes in ambient temperature. This compensation usually causes the image to temporarily freeze. HIKMICRO has successfully developed and incorporated an innovative "HIKMICRO Shutterless Imaging System (HSIS)" into this series to overcome this challenge. It eliminates image freezing that obstructs observation while maintaining high image quality. This allows continuous capture of the subject's state without missing a single moment.
※While a shutter module is built-in for automatic adjustment to maintain high image quality during power-on or rapid temperature changes, it does not frequently operate during normal observation.

■0.49-inch High-Resolution OLED Display for Enhanced Immersion
Equipped with a 0.49-inch 1920×1080 Full HD OLED display, 25% larger than conventional FALCON models. It vividly renders not only the subject but also background details, enhancing immersion. The display can be set to either circular or square according to preference.

■Proprietary Image Processing Algorithm "Image Pro"
HIKMICRO's independently developed image processing algorithm "Image Pro" maximizes digital image optimization, allowing for high-definition rendering of both the subject and background. Furthermore, "Zoom Pro" maintains detail and smooth edges during digital zoom, enabling quick target acquisition.

■Monochrome Image Palettes
In addition to conventional display modes, new "red" and "green" monochrome image palettes have been added for comfortable and less fatiguing observation in dark conditions. You can choose according to your preference. This reduces screen glare and eye strain in complete darkness.

■Local Album Function allows instant review of captured still images and videos
Capture impressive moments with a single touch, saving photos and videos to the local album or the SIGHT app.

■Newly Developed Rear Focus Wheel for Easy Fingertip Operation
The FALCON 2.0 series features a new focus wheel mechanism that allows natural index finger focusing when holding the unit. All operations, from focusing to various settings, can be performed with one hand. Additionally, the buttons and wheel are designed to provide reliable response even when wearing gloves.

■High-Capacity Replaceable and Rechargeable Battery
The latest upgraded, replaceable, and rechargeable high-capacity 21700 battery provides over 6 hours of continuous operation*, eliminating the need for additional equipment or weight. Battery life can be further extended by enabling smart auto-screen-off and standby functions. External power supply is also supported.

■Hand strap, neck strap, and protective bag included. Supports portability in all situations.

■Durable magnesium alloy housing and metal lens cap
Protects internal components from impact, drops, moisture, heat, and cold, while maintaining a compact and lightweight design under 600g.
