Compared to the previous model, which had a strong focus on emergency knife aspects, this version has been redesigned to be more specialized for military use.
A significant change is the altered shape of the handle end (pommel), making it easier to draw from the sheath in both forward and reverse grips. It's designed to interfere less with other equipment and prevent accidental detachment.
