【Warranty Terms】
・Warranty applies only to CYMA Plus series products sold by our company.
・Warranty voided if disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party is confirmed (repair at cost).
・Damage or malfunction due to customer negligence is not covered by warranty (repair at cost).

【After Warranty Period】
・Even after the warranty period, we will provide as much support as possible for product-related concerns or defects, including repair services and parts procurement.

・Please keep your invoice email when placing an order. It will be required for warranty claims.
・Parts procurement may take time.

【Exterior Finish】
While we take great care in manufacturing our products, there may be signs of operation from inspection or functional checks. Additionally, as these are overseas products, please be aware that there may be uneven coating or imperfections in molding accuracy.
