The TTI JW2 TR-1 Rifle is a representative high-end custom AR-15 platform rifle from TTI, known for being used by the protagonist John Wick in "John Wick: Chapter 2." ・For external parts damage, repairs will be provided at a cost only if parts supply is available.

・We may decline repairs if the malfunction cannot be confirmed or if repair is difficult.
【Warranty Terms】
・Warranty is only applicable to CYMA Plus series products sold by our company.
・Disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party will void the warranty (paid repair).
・Damage or malfunction due to customer negligence is not covered by the warranty (paid repair).
【After Warranty Period】
・Even after the warranty period expires, we will provide support as much as possible for any product-related concerns or malfunctions, including repair services and parts procurement.
