【Peace of Mind Warranty】
・Repair Warranty: 180 days
【Repair Warranty Details】
・For firing operation issues due to internal part damage, parts and labor costs will be covered free of charge.
・For exterior part damage, paid repair is available only if parts can be supplied.
・When requesting repairs, please contact us in advance.
・We may decline requests if the fault condition cannot be confirmed or if repair is difficult.
【Warranty Provisions】
・Warranty covers only CYMA Plus series products sold by our company.
・Warranty is void (paid repair) if disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party is confirmed.
・Warranty is void (paid repair) for damage or malfunctions caused by customer negligence.
【After Warranty Period】
・Even after the warranty period, we will provide as much support as possible for any product-related concerns or malfunctions, such as repair services and parts procurement.
【Shipping Costs】
・Except for initial defects, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
・For repaired items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
・We may refuse to accept items sent cash-on-delivery without our prior instruction.
