Action Army AAP-01 Assassin compatible open-type holster.
This is a holster that locks and holds the trigger guard, similar to the CTM Airsoft GLOCK/AAP Holster that we previously carried in our store.
The holster's structure does not interfere with the Assassin's original stock, flashlight, dot sight, or silencer, so you can use your favorite accessories without worry (of course, some accessories cannot be attached depending on their shape).
The gun is locked by simply pressing the trigger guard against the holster. To use the gun, press the unlock lever with your thumb and draw with one touch. This ease of use is just as comfortable as the previous model.
Available in two colors: "BK" and "DE".
Like the previous model, it comes standard with a belt loop attachment that is compatible with belt widths of 38 to 50 mm, and various third-party attachments can also be used as long as they are Safariland compatible.
It is also compatible with the previous separately sold attachment [CTM Airsoft] Safariland/GLOCK/AAP Holster Angle & MOLLE Adapter (click for product page) , but the length of the included mounting screws is not compatible with this product, so please prepare them appropriately.
For those looking for a holster for the Archwick USW-G
If you want to holster a Glock with the USW-G attached, a trigger guard-mounted holster is ideal, and the CTM holster for Glocks can be used as is. However, the Glock version has been discontinued, and this product is designed specifically for the Assassin, so it cannot be used as is for Glocks.
This can be done by cutting this product to fit the Glock body. (I actually tried it.)
It can be attached by simply filing down the holster without any modifications to the main body or kit. However, since there are many areas to file and it is necessary to file down tight spaces, it is recommended that you prepare not only a file but also a router.
You can remove the parts that interfere with the main body and complete the process in about 1 hour to 90 minutes on your first try. It takes a little time, but it's not that difficult, so even if you're not used to it, you should be able to do it. (However, since this involves modifying the product, only those who are confident should proceed at their own risk. We can provide advice on what parts to remove if you wish.)
As you can see from the image, in order to be able to wear it in the hammer down position, the bulge of the holster behind the trigger had to be significantly reduced.
In the image, this part has hardly been carved away, so it cannot be attached unless the trigger is in the cocked position.
If you're aiming for perfection, you can also shave this part down while matching it to the gun.
