This is a later model that underwent improvements in the 1990s. The most noticeable change is the rounded grip, but the adjustments to the slide and frame are very subtle. (The internal structure has been improved so much that parts cannot be shared with the older model in the actual gun.) This .380 caliber makes it the best backup gun for the latest P226R and other guns.
