The H.T.G. Basic Brushless Motor is a new generation brushless motor for electric airsoft guns, equipped with numerous new functions and features. The built-in microcomputer controls rotation, enabling new features previously impossible. Compared to conventional brushed motors, it offers extremely fast startup and instant acceleration to maximum RPM, guaranteeing high responsiveness. Furthermore, its high efficiency means it suppresses motor temperature rise and power consumption, making it a new type of motor.

This product requires specialized knowledge and skill for installation and adjustment, making it an "advanced user" product. Please be aware of the following points before purchasing.
It can use commercially available slim grips compatible with AK Ver.3 gearbox electric guns (processing may be required depending on grip shape).
While it follows the shape of conventional slim motors, some dimensions differ. It attaches directly to the gearbox with a dedicated holder, without using a motor holder.
Pinion position adjustment is done by tightening the dedicated holder and motor, but the adjustment range is narrow, so bevel gear shimming may be required.
Depending on the compatibility of the gearbox, frame, and grip design, processing or adjustment may be necessary.
Due to limited wiring space, exercise caution when routing.
Mounting screws are not included. Please prepare them yourself.
We do not guarantee anything beyond the motor's standalone operation.
Technical support is not provided. Please only purchase if you can perform adjustments, processing, and setup independently.

【Tested Models】
・CYMA AKM CM.077 ・S&T AIMS → The included screw is too long, so replace it with a shorter one (M3×17mm flat head screw).
・Arcturus AKM series → The motor itself can be installed, but the anti-reversal latch release function interferes, requiring processing for grip installation.
・Tokyo Marui AK47 → Installation itself is possible, but there is no compatible grip, requiring significant modification.
・LCT AK74/AKM series → The gearbox is thick, and the screw positions are slightly different, requiring fitting and processing.
・Please note that specifications may vary depending on the manufacturing period.
・Please use commercially available slim grips. The length of the screw at the bottom of the grip may need to be changed depending on the gear adjustment position.
【Max RPM/Starting Torque Setting Function】
・Using the dedicated controller "Mugen Connect" (sold separately), you can set the maximum RPM from 10,000 to 48,000 rpm at 11.1V.
・The starting torque adjustment function allows adjustment from 10% to 100% torque to match the gearbox configuration.

【Anti-Reversal Mechanism】
・The motor shaft has an built-in anti-reversal mechanism (Patent No. 6620956 licensed for use), eliminating the need for a conventional anti-reversal latch. This allows for quieter operation and more precise pre-cocking adjustment, significantly improving gearbox performance.

【High RPM & High Torque】
10,000 to 48,000 rpm at 11.1V, maximum torque 1831g･cm.
Achieves high RPM and high torque with low power consumption, something unthinkable with conventional slim motors.
By setting the starting torque, the soft start setting extends the lifespan of internal gearbox components and reduces power consumption. The fast start setting provides quick trigger response.

・The CNC aluminum machined motor case offers high precision, high rigidity, and excellent heat dissipation. It also features a design based on black with gold accents.
・The integrated case reduces friction loss due to shaft misalignment, increasing efficiency.

・A steel D-type pinion gear is factory installed.
・The D-type pinion shaft enhances interchangeability and versatility.

【Further Benefits】
Due to the brushless motor structure, the rotating rotor is lighter, reducing inertial weight. As a result, not only is responsiveness improved, but the twisting motion of the grip that occurs when the motor starts and stops is suppressed, leading to improved accuracy.
Furthermore, by installing a slim grip, you can achieve a grip feel comparable to a GBB or real firearm, despite it being an electric gun.

【Electronic Trigger Compatibility】
Eshooter electronic triggers feature an effective electromagnetic brake, previously thought impossible, which quickly stops the motor when the trigger is released or during semi-cut, improving the shooting feel.
(Only compatible with Eshooter Kestrel V3 Basic. Bluetooth models are not compatible with brushless motors and are not handled by us.)

Compatibility with other manufacturers' electronic triggers (as of December 2024, based on our research)
Although designed to be used as a replacement for brushed motors, malfunction or damage may occur depending on the output characteristics of the electronic trigger.
Also, for models where active brake can be turned OFF, please turn it OFF.
〇GATE TITAN・ASTER: GCS app automatically supports brushless motors (ASTER2's smart control function cannot be used, but the motor itself can be used).
〇Jefftron Leviathan: Please use in brushless motor mode.
▲PERUN HYBRID: Please use with active brake OFF and ROF setting at 100%.
