Product Description
Introducing a custom gear set for electric airsoft guns, designed for high quality and performance.
Born from H.T.G. Basic's "Kuro (Black) Concept," this gear set is compatible with Ver. 2, Ver. 3, and Ver. 6 gearboxes, and features the industry's first spiral gears and all-helical gears.
With gear ratios of 18:1, 16:1, 13:1, 12:1, and 9:1 (DSG), a total of 5 types are available, expanding customization options with a total of 10 variations including conventional spur gear types.

[Integrated Design with High-Precision CNC Machining]
High-precision integrated design achieved through CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining eliminates compatibility issues, noise, and transmission efficiency variations between gears. This ensures optimal performance without the need to worry about combining with products from other manufacturers.

[Changes for Increased Speed and Ease of Setup]
To improve response for motors with instant rotational speed increases, such as brushless motors, and electronic triggers, as well as to accommodate precocking, the tappet pin position of the sector gear has been moved to a delayed position compared to conventional models.
This increases the flexibility and ease of tappet plate setup.

By primarily cutting from the front tooth, sector cut processing allows for settings with minimal changes in cutoff timing while adjusting the relationship between nozzle opening timing and the piston.
Furthermore, the nozzle closing timing can be adjusted by cutting the lower part of the tappet plate's wings, increasing the freedom of processing shape and making nozzle control easier.

Note: There are differences from conventional settings, so please test thoroughly before use.

[Adoption of High-Strength Steel Material]
Uses S45C and 20CrMnTi (chrome-manganese-titanium alloy gear steel). The material and hardness of each part have been adjusted according to the characteristics of electric airsoft guns to improve durability and reliability.

[Optimal for MUGEN Brushless Motor Series]
The pinion gears of the H.T.G. Basic MUGEN Brushless Motor series use pinion gears compatible with these gears. You can use them without worrying about compatibility.

[Further Performance Improvement with Meticulous Shimming]
Precise shimming minimizes backlash (play) between gears, leading to efficient torque transmission and improved responsiveness.

[Gear Ratio Lineup]
18:1: Standard gear ratio offering balanced performance.
16:1: Achieves improved firing cycle and moderate torque.
13:1: Ideal for users seeking high-speed firing.
12:1: Pursues even higher firing speed.
9:1 (DSG): Dual Sector Gear specification for incredible rates of fire and crisp semi-auto shots due to short stroke.
*The gear ratio of the 9:1 (DSG) set is 18:1, but since the sector gear performs double the action, the effective gear ratio is 9:1.
