[da Vinci Custom] CHARGING HANDLE / VSR-10

A charging handle type bolt handle that can be attached to the VSR-10 Pro Sniper, G-SPEC, and VSR-ONE.
And a hybrid design.
We use reliable "Japanese aluminum" in areas where strength is required.
This is a hybrid system that uses black resin for the grip.
This makes for a quick and reliable charging handle.

Quick operation, we create trendy custom handles

The charging handle-type bolt handle that appeared on VSR Custom after 2020 has been created as a hybrid version of aluminum and black resin using CNC and a 3D printer. The black resin part keeps the grip soft.

The components are 4 parts (excluding screws etc.) *1

Except for the black resin grip, the entire product is machined from aluminum (A2017). (The product will be shipped in a partially assembled state, so please adjust any necessary parts.)

Handlebar height is below the top rail

The aim is for the top of the handle to be slightly lower than the rail on the receiver.
Interference is likely to occur if using a low-mount scope, so please use a high-mount scope.

Caution: 1. Remove the trigger stop before use.

As with other charging handles, please remove the trigger stop before use.
Since this product is cocked without lifting the handle, the trigger stop cannot be released.
Therefore, please remove the trigger stop when installing.
As for the safety, it is fine to leave it on.
You can also engage the safety as usual by operating the safety lever.
*Depending on the combination and lot, the safety may not work properly or may not be able to be released.
In that case, please make fine adjustments such as polishing the affected area.

Note 2: The cylinder is not fixed while the bolt is being operated.

Unlike a normal bolt handle, the cylinder can be pulled back even after the bolt has been operated and the gun has been loaded.
(The same situation occurs with the bolt handle if you simply raise the handle itself.)
This may result in poor feeding and reduced accuracy, so please only cock the gun and shoot one shot at a time.

Create a barrage of bullets with VSR!

In recent years, sniper rifles, which are known for their one-shot, one-kill nature, have become popular as attackers' primary weapons, and smooth bolt operation is required to create a barrage of bullets. By incorporating this product, shotgun-like action can be achieved.
It may not be suitable for precision shooting, but this is a prime example of the fact that the "custom" direction is not just about accuracy.
It is made based on the custom charging handle of an M4, so it is a part that gives you the feel of a real gun.

Surface treatment for each part:
The aluminum parts are finished in black anodized.
The black resin parts are painted after hardening.
*Since the finish of anodized aluminum varies from piece to piece, we apply a matte black paint after the anodizing process to ensure a uniform finish.

*Due to the characteristics of the machine, the black resin on the grip will not finish as neatly as the metal parts.
We prioritize the use of "grip," so please understand that there may be rough surfaces, parallelism, and tilt.

*The grip is non-metallic. Please be careful when using it as it may break if excessive force is applied.

Ver1.5 Update Information

We received feedback that 3D printer parts were damaged in the first batch, so we prepared additional parts for the second batch.
To reduce the downward load when cocking, an aluminum "support bar" is embedded in the handle to create a core.
Durability has been improved. Also, while the first batch was secured with two screws, from the second batch onwards, in order to increase the strength of the handle itself, only one screw will be used.
