VectorOptics Warranty Policy (as of Feb. 2025)
For genuine VectorOptics products, we guarantee the main product for malfunctions and damages within the period stated on the warranty card (1 year, 5 years, or lifetime) from the date of purchase, except in the cases listed below. Please present the product along with the signed warranty card to the store where you purchased it.

Cases not covered by warranty
1. If the warranty card does not include the date of purchase, store name, and customer's name.
2. In the event of malfunctions or damage to accessories.
3. In the event of damage to the exterior of the product body.
4. In the event of malfunctions or damage due to incorrect use or intentional acts.
*Damage to objective lenses and eyepieces due to impact or being shot are not covered by the warranty.
5. If the product has been repaired, maintained, or modified by someone other than VectorOptics.
6. If the product has been transferred to someone other than the original purchaser.
7. In other cases where VectorOptics reasonably determines that the product is not covered by the warranty.

*For genuine VectorOptics products that do not include a warranty card (products shipped through VectorOptics.jp Co., Ltd. before May 2020), please consult with the retailer.
*For products released after May 2020 that include a warranty card, repairs will be accepted upon confirmation of the signed warranty card. If the warranty card is lost or damaged, repairs may not be accepted.
