An electric gun replica of the masterpiece Russian sniper rifle born from the Cold War!
The Mosin-Nagant was famously used by the legendary sniper, Vasily Zaytsev. The SVD was developed as its successor and was officially adopted by the former Soviet Union military in 1963 as a semi-automatic sniper rifle. The name SVD is an abbreviation of Snayperskaya Vintovka Dragunova, the Russian term for the Dragunov sniper rifle.
This product is a model of the late production SVD equipped with a black resin handguard and stock, faithfully reproducing the distinctive smart form using a combination of steel press and die-cast parts, just like the real gun. The selector lever on the right side of the receiver switches between semi-auto and safety modes, but a small lever at the base of the front of the trigger guard also allows for full-auto mode selection. The realistic magazine, made of steel press, is a high-capacity type with 200 rounds.
