[Tanaka] Colt Python .357 Magnum 3-inch "R-model" HW Gas Gun (Release Date: May 12, 2026)

This is a 3-inch barrel model of the Colt Python. Also known as the "Combat Python," it's a popular model that, despite only being a few centimeters different from the 2.5-inch and 4-inch versions, has a significantly different visual impression.

The real firearm debuted in 1955 as a high-end revolver using .357 Magnum ammunition. The Python, with its many distinctive features such as its shape and finish that redefined the concept of revolvers, has several variations.

It's a groundbreaking model equipped with Tanaka's unique gas revolver mechanism, the "Pegasus System," which successfully recreates a slim grip by housing the gas tank within the cylinder.

With this "R Model" conversion, most of the main parts of Tanaka's conventional model guns have been adjusted, resulting in the definitive Python model gun that faithfully and completely reproduces the real Colt action.
