You will no longer have to worry about cylinder-related problems.
To overcome surface corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, an "electroless nickel-plated PTFE" coating is applied.
This is an extremely luxurious process that combines electroless nickel plating, which can achieve a uniform film thickness through reduction and extremely high surface hardness, with dispersed PTFE (Teflon) particles of less than 1 μm.
Furthermore, by adding heat treatment to the electroless nickel plating, this product achieves a hardness of approximately 600 Hv, which exceeds that of stainless steel.
Of course, it is also highly corrosion-resistant and will not turn black.
By combining this treatment with PTFE, the material has "self-lubricating properties" and exhibits excellent sliding properties.
This allows the piston O-ring to move extremely smoothly, preventing heat sagging caused by continuous operation or high cycles.
The entrance on the piston side is tapered by 5 mm, designed to minimize the drop in piston speed while ensuring full cylinder capacity, making it a high-precision part unique to "Made in Japan."
