The H.T.G. Basic Brushless Motor is a new generation brushless motor for electric airsoft guns, equipped with numerous new functions and features. The built-in microcomputer controls the rotation, allowing for new functions previously unthinkable. Compared to conventional brushed motors, it guarantees high responsiveness due to its extremely fast startup and instantaneous achievement of maximum RPM. Furthermore, its high efficiency results in reduced motor temperature rise and power consumption, making it a new type of motor.

As various aftermarket parts may be combined, and individual differences are significant, we cannot guarantee performance beyond the motor's standalone operation.

[Maximum RPM and Starting Torque Setting Function]
・Using the dedicated controller "Mugen Connect" (sold separately), you can set the maximum RPM within the range of 10,000 to 43,000 rpm at 11.1V.
・The starting torque adjustment function allows you to adjust the torque according to the gearbox configuration.

[Anti-Reversal Mechanism]
・The motor shaft has a built-in anti-reversal mechanism (patent no. 6620956, licensed for use), which enables precocking settings that were difficult with PTW, significantly improving performance.

[High RPM and High Torque]
10,000 to 43,000 rpm at 11.1V with a maximum torque of 1855g・cm.
Achieves high RPM and high torque previously unimaginable with conventional motors, with low power consumption.
Setting the starting torque allows for soft start settings, extending the life of internal gearbox parts and reducing power consumption. Fast start settings provide quick trigger response.

[CNC Machined Integrated Motor Case]
・The CNC aluminum machined motor case offers high precision, high rigidity, and excellent heat dissipation. It features a black base design with gold accents.
・The integrated case reduces friction loss due to rotational axis misalignment, thereby increasing efficiency.

[High Precision Shaft and Pinion Gear]
・The high-precision integrated motor shaft boasts high rigidity and precise machining.

[Steel Pinion Gears Included]
・Straight and spiral type steel pinion gears are included.
Please use them according to your bevel gear.
Clearance adjustment for PTW gears is determined by adjusting the position of the pinion gear. After adjustment, secure the set screw with thread locker or similar.

[Further Benefits]
Due to the brushless motor's structure, the rotating rotor is lighter, resulting in less inertial weight. As a result, not only is responsiveness improved, but the twisting motion of the grip that occurs during motor startup and shutdown is suppressed, which can also lead to improved accuracy.
