POM Side Intake Piston Head for Electric Handguns/Electric Compact Machine Guns

The O-ring uses the universal standard FRUS-O-ring for GAW electric handguns, electric compact SMGs, and bolt-action guns!
There are no holes in the front and the thick shape improves durability!
Use in combination with a box wrench (5.5mm) for easy and secure installation!


DCI Guns Side Intake Piston Head Features

[Long-term muzzle velocity stability]
The synergistic effect of the side intake and FRUS-O-ring ensures a stable muzzle velocity even when firing a large number of shots in a short period of time or when no maintenance has been performed for a long period of time.

[Reducing negative pressure]
The side intake holes reduce negative pressure when the piston is pulled.
As a result of this structure, we have achieved both stable initial velocity and a light pull.

[Long life, low fuel consumption]
Since the change in initial velocity when the grease runs out is minimal, you can use it with peace of mind even if you reduce the frequency of maintenance.In addition, the combination of side intake and FRUS-O-ring makes the piston pull lighter, which also contributes to reducing the burden on the mechanism.

[Difference from conventional piston heads]
It is less affected by the condition of the grease and can maintain a stable initial velocity over a long period of time.

Previous piston heads with holes on the front side caused excessive expansion of the O-ring, resulting in increased friction resistance and a significant drop in initial velocity when the grease ran out. While stable operation was possible with the optimal amount of grease, it was not suitable for long-term or harsh operation. The side-intake piston head solves these problems by combining moderate expansion pressure with the FRUS-O-ring.
In addition, by placing holes on the side, we have succeeded in achieving both initial velocity stability and reduced negative pressure, which was previously difficult to achieve.
