[PDI] Light Outer Barrel for Tokyo Marui L96AWS

The long-awaited product, a first for both domestic and international markets, has been released: the Tokyo Marui L96 AWS outer barrel.
The aluminum alloy is completely machined and the surface is sandblasted for durability and corrosion resistance, and then black anodized to achieve a matte finish.
The matte, subdued color tone conveys a sense of luxury.
Please use the PDI Bull Barrel Cap for the muzzle cap.
Please use the PDI G-SPEC barrel spacer.

Size adjustment (total length) for a toned look
The L96 AWS has an "undersized" design, with the tip of the inner barrel stopping just a few centimeters short of the tip of the outer barrel. This is likely a design consideration for output control and its effectiveness as an attachment, but for those who want to attach a standard muzzle cap, it is impossible to achieve this without either "cutting the outer barrel and rethreading it" or "extending the inner barrel."

Therefore, we have determined the size of the Light Outer Barrel so that it can be securely attached to the tip of the outer barrel with the genuine inner barrel, and can also be fixed with the PDI Bull Barrel Cap. This is the easiest way to replace the outer barrel.

High cutting accuracy achieved by one-finish using a CNC compound lathe
By using the MORISEIKI NL2000SY, we were able to achieve overwhelming manufacturing precision. In particular, the X-axis milling on the underside, which is different from the VSR, requires a long reach and large "splitting", making full use of the advantages of the multi-purpose lathe, and completing the work in a "one-finish" format.

*It has been reported that there may be some rattle when installing the outer barrel due to individual differences in the receiver. Using the PDI L96 receiver ring may help reduce rattle on receivers with rattle.
*Some products may be slightly tight when inserting the chamber.
