▍What is a TN barrel?

KM's flagship product, the "TN barrel," uses carefully selected brass material and
applies a unique "TN coating."
Through a unique manufacturing method that electrodeposits and adjusts the finish thickness of the coating within the hollow interior,
a barrel with an extremely small internal diameter error, based on an internal diameter of 6.04mm, is produced.

▍History of the TN barrel

The TN barrel is a long-selling series that has been continuously available since its launch in 1989.
Its stable quality and high dimensional accuracy, achieved through integrated domestic production, are highly regarded, and
it is widely supported by users ranging from competition-oriented individuals to those who prioritize practical use.

▍HOP groove processing

Processing the HOP groove requires extremely precise work.
Most general HOP groove processing is done by end milling using a lathe or similar equipment.
Although it takes more processing time and cost,
we use an immersed electrical discharge machine to process each HOP groove individually.

▍TN Coating

TN coating is a special Teflon coating
that combines various additives with a Teflon base.
It has excellent friction resistance and sliding properties, and
its durability is stronger than typical electroplated coatings.

TN coating is resistant to dirt and easy to maintain, so
it does not require overly meticulous maintenance.
If you periodically clean the inner barrel with a maintenance rod,
its performance can be maintained.
