【Features】

The coating is "electroless nickel-plated PTFE" which is compatible with extreme pressure grease.
This is an extremely luxurious process that combines electroless nickel plating, which can achieve a uniform film thickness through reduction and extremely high surface hardness, with dispersed PTFE (Teflon) particles of less than 1 μm.

Furthermore, by adding heat treatment to the electroless nickel plating, this product achieves a hardness of approximately 600Hv, which exceeds that of stainless steel.
Of course, it also has excellent corrosion resistance.

By combining this treatment with PTFE, the material has "self-lubricating properties" and exhibits excellent sliding properties.
This allows the piston O-ring to move extremely smoothly, preventing heat sagging caused by continuous operation or high cycles.

The Accelerate Cylinder Kai is available in four different types, each with a different air volume, allowing for a wide range of customizations.

All are compatible with Tokyo Marui electric gun standards, so they can be used with a wide range of models, from next-generation electric guns to overseas-made G&G, VFC, LCT, etc.
