The Mugen Brushless Motor Elite is a high-performance motor ideal for replacing conventional normal or custom motors.
It is a cost-performance oriented brushless motor that combines high performance and economy, and, like our higher-end models, it features an anti-reversal mechanism.
It also has a two-stage switching function for rotation speed and torque via a switch on the motor body. A wide range of rotation speed settings are available to match the gearbox's configuration.

【Anti-Reversal Mechanism】
Similar to our higher-end Mugen Brushless Motors, an anti-reversal mechanism (Patent No. 6620956 licensed for use) is built-in, eliminating the need for conventional anti-reversal latches.
This allows for quieter operation and precise pre-cocking adjustment. The CNC machined and surface-treated shaft, along with a special one-way clutch, ensures high durability.

【2-Stage Rotation Speed/Torque Switching】
A switch on the rear of the motor allows switching from H mode (standard) to L mode. This reduces the rotation speed by approximately 20% and torque by approximately 5%, allowing for detailed adjustments.
It is possible to lower the speed for stabilization or to use H mode for future customization.

【Features of Brushless Motors】
High-speed startup and instant attainment of maximum rotation speed guarantee high responsiveness. High efficiency suppresses motor temperature rise and power consumption.
The lightweight rotor reduces inertia, improving responsiveness and accuracy by suppressing grip twisting.

【High-Precision Shaft and Pinion Gear】
Features a high-precision integrated motor shaft and a new steel D-type pinion gear. This expands compatibility and allows for pinion gear replacement.

【CNC Machined Aluminum Body】
Adopts a lightweight, all-aluminum body CNC machined for high precision, high rigidity, and high heat dissipation. The aluminum body provides excellent thermal conductivity and durability, significantly improving motor performance and lifespan.
The motor case design has been renewed, bringing its outer dimensions closer to those of conventional brush motors, making it a "plug-in" brushless motor that offers the benefits of a brushless motor simply by swapping it in.

・Since many models have wires directly soldered, we recommend installing 110-type flat terminals.
・Tokyo Marui Next-Gen AK47 series require modification of the motor case and replacement of motor terminals.
・For special-shaped motor springs, please use the one that came with the airsoft gun.

【Electronic Trigger Compatibility】
Developed in cooperation with Eshooter electronic triggers, it features an effective electromagnetic brake. It stops quickly when the trigger is OFF or during semi-cut, improving the shooting feel.
*Early Kestrel V2 front-wired models are not compatible; current and other models handled by our company are compatible.

--Performance Specifications--
No-load speed: 40000rpm at 11.1V, 30000rpm at 7.4V LiPo battery. This is a high-speed, high-output specification.
When using a 7.4V battery, the rotation speed is equivalent to high-speed motors (such as EG3000), but it starts sharply even with high-speed gears due to its incomparable sharp startup and high torque.
Normal gearboxes cannot withstand this; high-cycle settings and reinforcement are required.
