Introducing a custom gear set for electric airsoft guns, pursuing high quality and high performance.
Born from H.T.G. Basic's "Kuro Concept," this gear set is compatible with Ver.2, Ver.3, and Ver.6 gearboxes and features the industry's first spiral and all-helical gears.

[Ultra-Advanced Gear Ratio 10.8:1 SSG]
Born from the demands of custom tuners, this gear ratio tests your setup skills.
The astonishingly high gear ratio of 10.8:1 is designed for super high-cycle setups, as well as for silent customs where you want to minimize motor rotation.
The 18 output gears on the bevel gear are all helical because regular spur gears would not be able to withstand the torque.
Additionally, the bevel and spur gears, which are usually press-fit assembled, are welded after assembly to withstand intense torque.

[Integrated Design with High-Precision CNC Machining]
High-precision integrated design through CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining eliminates variations in compatibility, noise, and transmission efficiency between each gear. Achieve optimal performance without worrying about compatibility with other manufacturers' products.

[Adoption of High-Strength Steel Material]
Uses S45C and 20CrMnTi (chromium-manganese-titanium alloy gear steel). The material and hardness of each part have been adjusted according to the characteristics of electric airsoft guns to improve durability and reliability.

[Changes for Higher Speed and Easier Setting]
To accommodate motors with instantaneous RPM increases like brushless motors, improve electronic trigger response, or enable pre-cocking, the tappet pin position on the sector gear has been shifted to the later side compared to conventional models.
This improves the freedom and simplicity of tappet plate settings.

It is possible to adjust the nozzle opening timing in relation to the piston, while maintaining a setting with minimal change in cutoff timing.
Also, the nozzle closing timing can be adjusted by cutting the lower part of the tappet plate's wing, which increases the freedom of processing shape and makes nozzle control easier.

Note: There are differences from conventional settings, so please test thoroughly before use.

[Effects and Advantages of Spiral and Helical Gears]
◇Spiral Gear (used for pinion and bevel gears)
・High torque transmission efficiency: The helical tooth surfaces contact, causing multiple teeth to mesh simultaneously. This ensures smooth torque transmission and resistance to heavy loads.
・Noise reduction: Increased contact area between teeth and smooth meshing significantly reduce vibration and noise.
・Improved durability: Stress on the tooth surface is dispersed, resulting in less wear and a longer lifespan.
*A pinion gear for D-type motor shafts is included.
Please note that it cannot be used with O-type shafts such as our "Kuro Motor".

◇Helical Gear (used for counter and sector gears)
・Smooth operation: The diagonally cut tooth profile provides continuous meshing with less impact.
・High-speed performance: Stable transmission is possible even at high rotation speeds, contributing to an improved rate of fire.
・Improved quietness: Smoother contact compared to spur gears reduces noise within the gearbox.

◇Spiral Bevel Gear Specification Change
・Due to its structure, the spiral bevel gear is difficult to mold as a single piece and is therefore an assembled type.
・The anti-reversal drum has been changed from conventional MIM molding to CNC machining, improving it to reduce play.
・The anti-reversal pawls have been increased from 5 to 6, and as an advantage of separate CNC machining, they have a smoother shape.

[Further Performance Improvement with Meticulous Shim Adjustment]
By precisely adjusting shims, backlash (play) between gears can be minimized, leading to more efficient torque transmission and improved response.

[Caution]
・The bevel gear's output gear diameter is large (14.8mm), which may cause interference depending on the gearbox shape.
・The anti-reversal latch engagement is a 5-tooth specification; the mounting width for the anti-reversal latch is narrow and position adjustment is required.
・Replacing brushless motor pinion gears requires skill and knowledge. If you are not confident or do not have the proper tools, please consult a specialized shop.
・Cannot be used in combination with other manufacturers' gears or conventional spur gears.
・The piston pulling teeth of the spiral helical gear set's sector gear are 16 spur teeth (DSG has 8 teeth).
・Installation may require processing or adjustment.
・Apply threadlocker to the set screws for pinion fixation.
・This product is for ultra-advanced users; improper installation may lead to early damage or malfunction, and even under proper usage, it may affect other parts.
