[MDN] Type 89 Rifle Aiming Aid and Mounting Base Replica, Latest Lot Manufactured October 2024

A replica of the optical sight and base used by the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force and the Japan Coast Guard.

Its use was confirmed when the Self-Defense Forces were deployed to Iraq in the 2000s, and various companies have used dot sights up until now, but this replica is modeled after domestically produced products such as Sightron Japan's "MD-33" and Tokyo Scope's "G89."

The dedicated base (mount) made by CNC machining can be attached to both Tokyo Marui's Type 89 rifles, electric and gas.

A realistic nameplate sticker is also included.

The dots come in two colors, red and green, and each can be dimmed in five levels.

This is a replica of an actual government-issued item reproduced for use with a toy gun, so neither the sight nor the mount are intended for use with a real gun.

Just like the real thing, a cartridge holder (made by MDN, sold separately) can be attached to the side of the mount.
