【Repair Warranty Details】
・Free repair for firing operational issues due to internal parts damage, including parts cost and labor fees.
・Damage to exterior parts will be repaired for a fee only if parts are available.
・When requesting a repair, please contact us beforehand.
・If the fault cannot be verified or repair is difficult, we may decline the repair request.
【Warranty Terms】
・Warranty covers only CYMA Plus series products sold by us.
・If disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party is confirmed, the warranty will be void (paid repair).
・Damage or malfunction due to customer's negligence is not covered by warranty (paid repair).
【After Warranty Period】
・Even after the warranty period, we will provide as much support as possible for any product-related issues or malfunctions, such as repairs or ordering parts.
【Notes on Warranty Claims】
・Please keep your order confirmation email. It will be required for warranty support.
・Parts procurement may take time.
【Regarding Exterior Finish】
While utmost care is taken in manufacturing the products, there may be operational marks from inspection and function checks. Please also understand that due to being an overseas product, there may be uneven painting and minor imperfections in molding accuracy.
