[ORGA] SIG MCX VIRTUS SBR LVAW SHORT 6.75-inch barrel with suppressor, gas blowback (released late October to early November 2022)

The gas blowback version of the SIG MCX will be produced in limited quantities and will be compliant with the Tokyo Marui MWS Z system!

The SIG MCX is extremely popular in Japan, and now the industry's first GBB model is finally here!

Strictly speaking, this is not a product manufactured by a toy gun manufacturer, but rather a complete MCX model based on the Marui MWS, made up of numerous parts made by a parts manufacturer specifically for this purpose.

The exterior is constructed from high-precision CNC-machined aluminum, while the trigger assembly and bolt carrier assembly of the mechanism, which require durability, are made of steel, giving the gun a texture that develops a unique character with use.

The inner barrel and HOP section are specially assembled by ORGA Airsoft before shipping. Since it is Marui MWS compliant, there are plenty of compatible parts and magazines available, allowing you to enjoy smooth operation.

There are four models being released this time, each with different specifications, including barrel length, handguard shape, and whether or not a suppressor is included.

This 6.75-inch LVAW SHORT handguard model is a short-barreled MCX with a suppressor, reserved for military and law enforcement use only. It has been confirmed for use by the U.S. Army Delta Force. Featuring a detachable 20mm rail, it is the most compact model in this gas blowback series, excluding the suppressor.

At the moment, the image is of a prototype (unpainted), but the production version will be a finished product with black anodized finish.

This limited production model features a detailed, machined exterior with reproduced engravings, a realistic appearance, and exhilarating action that conforms to Marui MWS standards.

<About DLC-finished bolt carriers>

DLC stands for Diamond-Like Carbon. This carbon coating excels at forming thin films, allowing it to coat metal surfaces with nano-level thin layers. The MCX GBB is the first time this technology has been adopted in the airsoft industry. Because it's extremely hard despite its extremely thin coating, it's primarily used on shafts and pistons used in car engine tuning. Not only is it highly hard, but it also boasts excellent abrasion resistance, a low coefficient of friction, adhesion resistance, and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for coating the bolt carrier, the heart of a GBB. It's the ultimate coating, elevating operational performance to new heights.

<Barrel and Hop Related>

All MCX gas blowback models feature the ORGA LEX05 inner barrel. This popular part for ORGA Airsoft's MWS guns has a tighter inner diameter of 6.05mm than the stock barrel, preventing a significant drop in muzzle velocity even when customizing to a compact size of 10.5 inches or less. The joint with the chamber packing has also been redesigned, resulting in a more airtight seal than the stock barrel.

The HOP tensioner, which pushes out the protrusions on the chamber packing, is also an ORGA original part. By designing it with a larger outer diameter than the original HOP tensioner, it can apply a stronger and more stable hop rotation to BB bullets. In addition, it is made of high-quality silicone, carefully selected from a variety of materials, and is a tensioner that maintains moderate elasticity while also having the resilience to not easily become crushed.

Regarding the chamber packing, the final selection is currently underway and details have yet to be decided.

This model is being prepared to offer the highest quality and performance in both the outer and inner parts.

Shipments are scheduled to begin between the end of October and early November, but this may change depending on factory and weather conditions.
