【Repair Warranty Details】
・For firing operation issues due to internal part damage, parts and labor costs are free.
・For exterior part damage, paid repair is available only if parts supply is possible.
・When requesting a repair, please contact us in advance.
・We may decline repairs if the malfunction cannot be confirmed or if repair is difficult.
【Warranty Provisions】
・Warranty applies only to CYMA Plus series products sold by our company.
・Warranty is void (paid repair) if disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party is confirmed.
・Warranty is void (paid repair) for damage or malfunction due to customer negligence.
【After Warranty Period】
・Even after the warranty period, we will provide support for product concerns and malfunctions, such as repair services and parts ordering, to the best of our ability.
【Shipping Costs】
・Except for initial defects, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
・For return of repaired items, we will bear the shipping cost.
・We may refuse to accept items shipped freight collect without our instruction.
