The Thompson M1A1, heavily used in the greatest event of the 20th century, World War II, is truly a part of history. In response to the expectations of fans of this gun, Tokyo Marui has rethought the very definition of the airsoft gun hobby from scratch and has proceeded to produce it.
To allow users to feel the weight of the Thompson M1A1 along with its realistic details, we measured and studied the actual non-functional gun. This comprehensive approach, including reviewing the materials used to recreate its unique shape, redesigning the gear box, and even creating a package reminiscent of the original, resulted in the creation of the Thompson M1A1 electric gun.
The rifling-engraved outer barrel and upper frame are made of die-cast material. The black-dyed metal parts give the gun a sense of authentic solidity while also enhancing its rigidity as an airsoft gun. The handguard and stock feature a realistic woodgrain finish, recreating the authentic feel of the Thompson M1A1.
By holding and operating the gun, you can enjoy a unique feel that is different from modern models, such as attaching and detaching the magazine, operating the selector and safety levers, and using the movable gimmicks in each part and the curved butt plate at the rear of the stock.
The hop adjustment is easily adjustable by simply turning the dial, which can be accessed from the ejection port or from the inside when the magazine is removed.
The peep-type rear sight, which aims through a central hole, can be manually adjusted up, down, left, and right.
It comes with a magazine that holds 60 rounds and has an outer case made of pressed steel just like the real thing.
