This is an electronic trigger that can maximize the potential of the Tokyo Marui Steyr AUG.
By installing this product, not only will the semi-lock be eliminated, but the trigger response will be dramatically improved, evolving your electric gun into one with the best response.
By adopting a detection method that eliminates the trigger bar, which is the cause of the Steyr AUG's high trigger response, trigger response reaches its peak.
Various functions have been added, including "pre-cocking" which dramatically improves semi-automatic response, "active brake" which brakes the motor and stops operation instantly, and "DSG mode" for those who want to reach even greater heights.
Pre-cocking, active braking, and burst settings can be finely adjusted for each item, and the setting status can be checked using the LED on the board.

[Firing Mode]
This setting allows you to assign a pre-set firing mode.
The AUG originally used a two-stage trigger system, and this remains the same when PERUN for AUG is installed.
The fire mode setting presets are as follows:

*For burst fire, pulling the trigger once will always fire the specified number of bullets.
*Binary is a mode in which one shot is fired when the trigger is pulled and one when it is released.
[Burst setting (BURST COUNT)]
Burst fire can be set to a number of shots between 2 and 5.
[Active brake function (AB LEVEL)]
This function forcibly stops the piston from moving due to inertia after firing and controls the stopping position of the piston.
The firing process is quicker than usual, improving trigger feel.
Since the motor is under load, heat generation and wear will occur, so it is recommended to use it in combination with a high-torque motor that is highly heat resistant.
The behavior of this function changes depending on whether pre-cocking is on or off.
The level can be adjusted in steps of 1 to 5.
The piston stops moving forward stably, which also helps prevent the spring from becoming worn.
It automatically adjusts to the optimum level according to pre-cocking.
[Pre-cocking]
It holds the piston pulled and improves trigger response.
When the trigger is pulled, the piston moves forward instantly, resulting in a trigger response similar to that of an air-cocking gun or gas gun.
It can be adjusted in 8 steps, and in semi-auto mode, you can temporarily disengage it by continuing to pull the trigger after firing.
Since each part inside the gearbox is subjected to stress, comprehensive reinforcement is required for use.
By combining it with a high-spec motor such as a brushless motor, it is possible to achieve an unprecedented level of response.
[Trigger sensitivity adjustment (TRIGGER SENSITIVITY)]
You can adjust the trigger sensitivity from 1 to 5.
The higher the level, the more effective the adaptive trigger control will be.
It is possible to set this separately for the first and second stages.
After semi-automatic firing, this function allows the next shot to be fired by simply releasing the trigger slightly.
The level of this function is linked to the trigger sensitivity adjustment mentioned above; the higher the trigger sensitivity adjustment level, the higher the sensitivity of this function.
[Fire cycle control (ROF REDUCTION)]
Suppresses the firing cycle in burst and full auto mode.
This is a useful function when the cycle of your electric gun is too fast or when you want to reduce the consumption of BB bullets.
This setting does not affect first shot response, so you can simply throttle the firing cycle without reducing first shot response.
Do not use this mode with brushless motors to protect the circuit board.
[LI-PO/LI-ION ALARM]
This function only works when a LiPo battery or Li-ion battery is connected, and will alert you with a beep when it detects that the voltage has dropped to 3.7V per cell.
It can be turned off, but will shut down with an error if the voltage drops below the operating voltage.
This is not an auto-cut function, so please replace the battery immediately after the warning.
[DSG MODE]
This function enables the sensor to correctly read the special shape of the DSG (double sector gear).
By turning this function on, you can improve operational stability when using DSG.
[TRIGGER CALIBRATION]
This function allows you to manually calibrate the trigger.
This involves special operations, so please check the manual before proceeding.
[MATER RESET]
Reset the settings to the factory defaults. Use this if you want to start over with all the settings.

■About embedding
The listed specifications are merely the tolerances of the board. It is assumed that there are no problems with the electric gun to be installed, and that the clearances of each gear have been properly adjusted and the parts selected.
If the load exceeds the manufacturer's expectations due to improper assembly of each part, or if the battery is connected in reverse, the safety circuit may not operate and the board may be damaged.
With the exception of initial defects in PERUN products or natural failures under proper use, damage caused by personal installation is not covered by the warranty, so if you have any concerns about the installation, please ask a professional shop to install it for you.
Since this is a product that requires knowledge and skills for integration, we do not provide integration support for each model.
Do not replace the wiring as the circuit board is sensitive to heat. If the wiring is damaged, replace it with a new unit.
■About commercially available conversion connectors
Do not use a conversion connector to connect the battery.
In recent years, major e-commerce sites have begun selling "T-connector to Tamiya mini connector" conversion connectors, but many of these have reversed positive and negative polarity.
We will not be responsible for any problems that may arise when using a conversion connector. Also, this problem may occur when using a conversion connector, so please try to connect the battery directly as much as possible.
■About T-connector compatibility issues
There may be compatibility issues with the T-connector.
Always use T-connectors from a reputable manufacturer.
■About use with brushless motors
PERUN JAPAN has confirmed operation with the following brushless motors (lots as of October 2022).
However, please note that brushless motors are special motors that are not recommended for use in conjunction with FCUs, and that future changes to the specifications of brushless motors may affect their behavior and whether or not they can be used in conjunction with FCUs.
