・For exterior parts damage, paid repairs will be offered only if parts are available.

・Repair requests may be declined if the fault situation cannot be confirmed or if repairs are difficult.

【Warranty Terms】
・Warranty covers only CYMA Plus series products sold by our company.
・Warranty will be void if disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party is confirmed (paid repair will be offered).
・Damage or malfunctions due to customer negligence are not covered by the warranty (paid repair will be offered).

・Even after the warranty period, we will provide support as much as possible for product issues or problems, including repair assistance and parts procurement.
