The real DDM4 PDW SBR is the latest personal defense weapon developed by Daniel Defense, an American firearms manufacturer known for many famous firearms such as the MK18, RIS II, and SFP. It was first unveiled at SHOT Show 2020 in Las Vegas in 2020. The DDM4 PDW SBR, featuring a retractable stock, is a compact model that uses high-power .300 Blackout ammunition despite its short 7-inch barrel, making it ideal for home defense and vehicle-mounted firearms. ・Damage to exterior parts will be repaired for a fee only if parts are available.
・When requesting a repair, please contact us beforehand.
・Repairs may be declined if the fault cannot be confirmed or if repair is difficult.

【Warranty Terms】
・The warranty applies only to CYMA Plus series products sold by us.
・The warranty is void if disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party is confirmed (paid repair).
・Damage or malfunction due to customer negligence is not covered by the warranty (paid repair).

【After Warranty Period】
・Even after the warranty period, we will provide as much support as possible for any problems or defects related to the product, including repair services and spare parts procurement.
