The Vortex STRIKE FIRE II Red/Green Dot is designed with a 30mm lens and tube diameter to provide a wider field of view and is compatible with a variety of the most common 30mm mounting rings, allowing it to be mounted at any height.

The reticle features a 4MOA dot, allowing for quick and easy target acquisition. The dot can be switched between red and green, and the brightness can be adjusted in 10 steps. The maximum brightness provides sufficient brightness for daytime outdoor use, while the lowest two steps are compatible with night vision.

The light intensity can be adjusted with two buttons (UP/DOWN), which is more intuitive than a dial. It also features an auto-off function that automatically turns off the light after 12 hours of inactivity. It uses a single CR2 battery and has a battery life of 80,000 hours at six brightness settings.

It comes standard with a "Lower 1/3 co-witness" cantilever mount, ideal for the AR platform, and is designed to provide a 40mm height from the top of the rail to the center of the dot.

The lenses have high light transmittance thanks to multiple anti-reflective coatings, are completely waterproof to prevent the intrusion of moisture and dust, and are filled with nitrogen gas to ensure anti-fogging properties.

The surface is anodized for high corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, and the matte surface with low reflection makes the shooter's position less noticeable.

This is a dot sight that is impact-resistant enough to withstand live ammunition and can be used for a long time.
