LYNX S

HIKMICRO's thermal monocular scope "LYNX Series," a favorite of many customers since its launch in Japan, has been improved with an entry-level model offering higher image quality and easier use. Thermal scopes do not use visible light, but instead generate images by detecting and processing the heat of objects. This makes them useful for detecting heat sources such as people and animals in any environment, including total darkness. They are useful in a wide range of fields, including hunting, animal observation, airsoft, security, disaster relief, and marine applications. All models boast a high frame rate of 50Hz, making it easy to observe moving targets on a smooth screen.

■ Uses a high-contrast OLED (organic light-emitting diode) display
The image display, which has a major impact on visibility, has been replaced by OLED (organic light-emitting diode) which has high contrast and sharp blacks instead of the conventional LCOS (liquid crystal on silicon). The image display also boasts a high resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. The size of the image display has also been increased from the previous 0.2 inch to 0.32 inch, making it easier to see.

■Newly designed UI design
The LYNX S series features a new hierarchical UI for improved operability. Frequently used menus such as brightness and contrast can be quickly accessed, allowing you to always focus on observation or gaming with optimal settings.

■Can be used for long periods of time
The power-saving design allows for 8 to 10 hours of use on a single charge, depending on the model. *Usage time varies greatly depending on settings and usage environment. In general, the usable time of lithium-ion batteries decreases with repeated charging and discharging.

■Auto screen off function prevents battery drain
If the device is not in use, based on factors such as the device's tilt, the auto screen-off function will automatically turn off the OLED display to conserve power.

■Various other functions
