A trigger that can be attached to all VSR-10 models and VSR-ONE.

A2017 (duralumin), fully CNC machined

This product is an improvement over the conventional "flat trigger" and after hard anodizing, "color" has been added so that it can be turned black.

Differences from the regular version : Regular version... Sandblasted, matte anodized
HD...Polished, glossy hard anodized aluminum

The advantages of hard anodizing are:
-High hardness (approximately HV500)
- Thicker than regular anodized aluminum coating (approximately 5 to 10 times thicker)
- Due to its thickness, it is an enhanced version with overwhelmingly high abrasion resistance.

Regarding color: <br>Due to the complex shape, the areas that can be polished are limited.
Basically, we polish the "visible parts" during assembly, so there will be variations in color when looking at the whole product.

Regarding reproduction : Hard anodizing requires more labor and is more complex than usual, making it difficult to produce at the same intervals as regular products.
We cannot guarantee when an item will be re-produced once it has sold out, so we will generally produce it in limited quantities.

Precautions when assembling: The thickness of the coating has increased, so the hole through which the trigger shaft passes is tight. Use a file or similar tool to smooth it out.
It should feel like you are removing a thin burr (film). If it still feels hard, try not to pass the shaft through all at once, but rather pass it through little by little, gradually working it in.

Below is an image of the VSR Flat Trigger (standard version) combined with the VSR-ONE, but the HD version has the same shape, so please use this as a reference when assembling.

We offer a flat trigger for the VSR, which is popular for its comfortable feel in the fingers and is also popular in AR customizations.
In particular, when combined with the VSR-ONE, which has a modern chassis, it further enhances the appearance of a modernized rifle.

The VSR is equipped with two safety mechanisms.
This gun is compatible with both a "handle safety" and a "trigger safety." However, due to its design, the handle safety may not function in some cases.
In that case, please use the trigger safety as your primary function.
* Always release the safety before firing. Forcibly operating the VSR trigger safety will cause it to deform and the safety will no longer function.

Please use the trigger shaft sold separately or the genuine one.
Also, please use the original spring for the upper front part.

Made of A2017, fully CNC machined.
