This cut-off lever has been redesigned in terms of shape and material to improve burst firing in semi-auto mode and sluggishness caused by high cycle settings or wear.

On the P-90, the cut-off lever operates not only in semi-auto mode but also in full-auto mode, meaning the part that contacts the sector gear's cam wears out faster than on other models. To address this issue, we've used duralumin, a material with excellent strength, durability, and wear resistance! In addition to improved strength, the weight has been reduced by approximately 50%, which improves the cut-off lever's responsiveness to the sector gear's cam. Furthermore, the shape of the part that contacts the sector gear's cam has been optimized, making it easier to accommodate high-cycle settings.

※To enhance operational precision, we've minimized play for a tighter fit. Due to dimensional variations in the gearbox, etc., movement may become stiff when the screws are tightened. In such cases, apply lubricant to the surfaces that contact the gearbox, or apply threadlocker to the screws and tighten them slightly loosely.
※The spring guide is offset to the outside of the gearbox to improve the switch's responsiveness. It will protrude slightly from the outside of the gearbox, but this is not a defect.
