Product Description
This TN barrel with an integrated large-bore rectifier is compatible with Tokyo Marui Next Generation electric guns: H&K MP5A4 / MP5A5 / MP5SD6, as well as the EVOLT M4A1 Carbine / FPR-Mk4.

The front section is a high-precision TN barrel with a 6.04 mm inner diameter, seamlessly integrated with an 80 mm-long, 7.5 mm inner-diameter large-bore extension at the muzzle end. This high-performance model combines the accuracy of a TN barrel with the rectifying effect of the large bore.

▍About TN Barrels

KM’s flagship product, the TN barrel, is made from carefully selected brass and finished with our proprietary TN coating. Our unique manufacturing process electro-deposition adjusts the coating thickness inside the hollow barrel, producing a barrel with a standard inner diameter of 6.04 mm and exceptionally tight tolerances.


▍The History of TN Barrels

First released in 1989, the TN barrel has remained a long-selling series for decades. Its high quality and dimensional precision, achieved through fully integrated domestic production, have made it a favorite among airsoft users.


▍Hop-Up Groove Machining

Hop-up grooves require extremely precise machining.
Most conventional hop-up grooves are machined using an end mill on a lathe or similar machine.
Although our process takes more time and costs more,
we machine each hop-up groove individually using a sinker EDM.
*Some products, such as those with a hole in the hop-up groove, are machined using an end mill.


▍TN Coating

TN coating is a special Teflon coating made from a Teflon base blended with several types of additives.
It offers outstanding friction resistance and smooth sliding, and is more durable than conventional electroplating.
TN coating resists dirt buildup and is easy to maintain, so it does not require particularly meticulous care. Simply clean dirt from the inner barrel periodically with a maintenance rod to maintain performance.


▍Large-Bore Rectifier System

An 80 mm-long large-bore extension with a 7.5 mm inner diameter is integrated at the muzzle end.
After gaining ample spin and acceleration in the high-precision TN barrel with a 6.04 mm inner diameter, the BB passes into the 7.5 mm large-bore section without making contact with it.
The large-bore section smooths the flow of compressed air following the BB, suppressing turbulence as air exits the muzzle. This design is intended to reduce unwanted lateral forces on the BB and improve trajectory stability through a rectifying effect.


▍Firing Performance

TN coating provides excellent glide, while the balanced 6.04 mm inner diameter minimizes resistance and delivers stable firing. The 6.04 mm bore offers a well-balanced combination of muzzle velocity, accuracy, and reliable operation, making it easy to use.
In addition, the large-bore rectifier structure at the muzzle end straightens airflow just before the BB exits. Along with the TN barrel’s inherent accuracy and straight trajectory, achieved through precise inner-diameter control and a uniform interior finish, this model is designed to improve trajectory stability at medium to long range.
