"TN Barrel"
KM's flagship product, the "TN Barrel," is made from carefully selected brass material and is coated with a unique "TN Coating." The finished thickness of the coating is adjusted by electroplating inside the hollow barrel using a unique manufacturing method, resulting in a barrel with extremely small inner diameter error, based on an inner diameter of 6.04 mm.
"HOP groove processing"
HOP grooves require extremely strict processing.
Most general HOP groove processing is done by end milling using a lathe or similar machine.
Although it takes time and costs money, we use an immersion type electric discharge machine to machine each HOP groove one by one.
"TN Coat"
TN Coat is a special Teflon coating that is based on Teflon and contains a variety of additives.
It has excellent abrasion resistance and sliding properties, and is more durable than general electroplating.
TN coating is stain-resistant and easy to maintain, so it does not require excessive maintenance.
Performance can be maintained by regularly cleaning the inner barrel with a maintenance rod.
