The 518 runs on easily found AA batteries, but offers all the features found in the top-of-the-line EOTech EXPS sight. A button on the side allows you to reduce the rail width when integrating the 518 with an EOTech Magnifier. Additionally, the 518 is available with a Laser Battery Cap, designed by EOTech to facilitate aiming with visible or IR lasers.
