The H.T.G. Basic Brushless Motor is a new generation brushless motor for electric airsoft guns equipped with numerous new functions and features. Its built-in microcomputer controls rotation, enabling new functions previously thought impossible. Compared to conventional brushed motors, its extremely fast startup and ability to instantly reach maximum RPM guarantee high response. Furthermore, its high efficiency means it is a new motor that suppresses motor temperature rise and power consumption.

【Maximum RPM/Starting Torque Setting Function】

・Using the dedicated "Mugen Connect" controller, you can set the maximum RPM within the range of 10,000 to 46,000 rpm at 11.1V.

・The starting torque adjustment function allows you to adjust the torque according to the gearbox configuration.

This allows for a wide range of settings; for example, even when pursuing high starting torque with a high-voltage battery, you can set the maximum RPM to match the gearbox's cycle, greatly expanding setting options. It is compatible with all electric airsoft guns, from normal to high-tuned models.

【Anti-Reversal Latch】

・The motor shaft has a built-in anti-reversal mechanism (patent licensed), eliminating the need for conventional anti-reversal latches. This enables quieter operation and more precise pre-cocking adjustment, significantly improving gearbox performance.

【High RPM・High Torque】

10,000 to 460,000 rpm at 11.1V, maximum torque 2334g・cm

7,600 to 35,000 rpm when using a 7.4V LiPo battery, maximum torque 2050g・cm

Achieves high RPM and high torque with low power consumption, previously unimaginable with conventional motors.

Setting the starting torque to a soft start setting extends the lifespan of internal gearbox parts and reduces power consumption. The fast start setting provides quick trigger response.

【CNC Milled Integrated Motor Case】

・The CNC aluminum milled motor case offers high precision, high rigidity, and excellent heat dissipation. It features a black base with gold accents in its design.

・The external dimensions have been revised, making its shape closer to a brushed motor and allowing for plug-in compatibility.

※Installation Notes

・Compatibility with motor cases for major manufacturers' AK, G36, and AUG models has been confirmed. However, due to differences in shape from brushed motors, slight modification of the case may be required.

・Depending on the model, wiring rerouting or slight modification to the motor base and motor case may be necessary.

・Installation into Tokyo Marui M14 motor cases requires modification.

・Tokyo Marui Next-Gen AK47 requires motor case modification and motor terminal replacement.

・As many models have wires directly soldered to the motor, we recommend replacing them with 110-type flat terminals.

【Electronic Trigger Collaborative Development】

Developed in collaboration with Eshooter electronic triggers, it incorporates an effective electromagnetic brake, previously considered impossible. This quickly stops the motor when the trigger is OFF or in semi-cut, improving shooting feel.

Compatibility with other manufacturers' electronic triggers (as of August 2024, according to our research)

While designed to replace brushed motors, improper operation or failure may occur depending on the output characteristics of the electronic trigger. If your model allows for active braking to be turned OFF, please do so.

【Further Benefits】

Due to the structure of the brushless motor, the rotating rotor is lighter, resulting in less inertial weight. As a result, not only is response improved, but twisting motions of the grip that occur when the motor starts and stops are suppressed, which can also lead to improved accuracy.

・When using a 14.8V (16.8V) battery, do not set the Mugen Connect setting value above 33,000 rpm. The motor will be damaged if the no-load RPM exceeds 50,000 rpm.
